Full-Time | Immediate Opening | Monday–Thursday


MLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.


Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM


Job Responsibilities

• Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts
• Help operate and run parts on a press brake
• Provide assistance with resistance welding as needed
• Perform general production and manufacturing duties
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
