Quality Technician

Pay: $25–$32/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift

Adecco is hiring for a Quality Technician for a manufacturing company near Laconia, NH! This is a great opportunity for someone with a quality inspection background who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections on manufactured products.

• Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

• Identify, document, and report quality issues or defects.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

• Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement.

• Follow established quality procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications.

• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with rubber materials or rubber manufacturing is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
