2nd Shift General Labor - Ontario, CA

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM; weekend and overtime availability required

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable General Laborer to support distribution operations within a warehouse environment. This position involves loading and unloading materials, transporting and stacking products, and ensuring proper packing and labeling for shipment or storage. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and be open to working in hot or cold conditions while supporting various departmental functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from inbound vehicles and accurately stack items in designated areas
• Locate, move, and organize product stock onto pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages, report shortages, or report quality concerns
• Package and label items according to established procedures
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Support cross-training across different warehouse departments as needed
• Maintain safety protocols in the warehouse environment
• Stand, squat, and bend for extended periods during shifts
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Support physical demands of loading, unloading, and material handling processes
• Work effectively in hot or cold warehouse environments
• Multi-task efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable with consistent attendance and work schedule adherence
• Ability to support cross-training in multiple warehouse departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Capacity to operate effectively in hot or cold environments

• Ability to work in warehouse settings that may be hot or cold
