About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support production operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating RF scanners, sorting products based on specifications, and ensuring smooth workflow to meet production goals. The ideal candidate maintains attention to detail, can stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners to assist with inventory management and order processing
• Sort products as good or defective according to customer and company specifications
• Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
• Maintain a steady pace to support production targets throughout the shift
• Report any machinery issues or productivity concerns immediately to supervisors
• Work in multiple functions within the warehouse, including packing and product sorting
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies during daily activities

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience operating RF scanners
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or Order Puller

Schedule
