Utility Worker

About the Role

We are seeking full-time utility associates to support food production operations in a warehouse environment. This position involves handling fruit and packaging finished products in a food manufacturing setting, with a focus on maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the food production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Open boxes of fruit and dump contents into production containers
• Sort fruit on the production line according to specified standards
• Prepare and pack finished food products into boxes for shipment
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks related to food packaging and handling
• Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques during operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months warehouse experience
• Ability to stand for the entire work shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Experience working on a production line or in a food manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fruit processing or food packaging processes
• Familiarity with production line safety procedures

Work Environment

• Ability to stand continuously throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required
• Work in a food production warehouse setting
