    Description

    • Key Responsibilities
      • Coordinate and direct construction crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and equipment operators.
      • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable codes and standards.
      • Enforce company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a zero-incident culture.
      • Participate in daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
      • Verify that all work complies with regulatory requirements, permits, and environmental commitments.
      • Maintain daily construction reports, progress updates, and documentation.
      • Identify and resolve field issues that may impact schedule, cost, or quality.
      • Interface with engineering, project management, landowners, utility representatives, and regulatory agencies as required.
