Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
•    High School Diploma or GED
•    Self-directed and task-oriented
•    Willing to work overtime and all shifts
•    Ability to lead teams 
•    Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
•    College course work or 2-year Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or Related Field  
•    3 years of work experience in a repetitive, automotive manufacturing environment
•    Project Management

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Develop ECU Production Personnel

  • Inspecting Materials, Products, or Equipment to Detect Defects or Malfunctions

  • Maintain Operations Data

  • Organize Workflow

  • Read and Analyze Charts, Work Orders, and Production Schedules to Determine Production Requirements

  • Plan and Establish Work Schedules, Assignments, and Production Sequences to Meet Production Goals

  • Requisition Materials, Supplies, Equipment Parts, or Repair Service

  • Confer with Management or Subordinates to Resolve Associate Problems, Complaints, or Grievances

  • Monitor or Patrol work Area and Enforce Safety and Sanitation Regulations
