Hours: MondayFriday, 4:00 PM10:00 PM Work From Home after Training Period. Also requires one Saturday per month 8 to 12.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Expert, you will be responsible for
- Educating customers about available services and solutions
- Assisting with upselling services and establishing budget plans
- Setting up and managing service plans and enrollment in autopay
- Coordinating service appointments and follow-ups
- Driving customer account growth through proactive engagement

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Turner while training, and remote after training and offers a MondayFriday schedule from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It also requires a rotating Saturday 8 to noon once a month.
