Penmac Staffing is now hiring dependable Floaters for a leading manufacturing partner in West Plains. These roles are producing finished hardwood flooring. Positions are available on 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday 9:30pm-5:30am. Starting pay of $15.00 per hour with temp-to-hire opportunity!Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple positions within mill or finish line production areas.
- Follow all responsibilities outlined for each role assigned.
- Maintain safety, quality, and production standards at all times.
- Assist team members and support overall production goals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision or management.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles in the production process.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, stooping, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.
- Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally push over 100 lbs.
- Work in a non-temperature-controlled, loud manufacturing environment.
- Ability to navigate stairs and work safely around moving mechanical equipment.
