3rd Shift Machine Operator

Schedule: 3rd Shift (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team during the third shift. In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and support safe work practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to meet daily manufacturing goals
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Adjust and fine-tune machinery to optimize output and product quality
• Assemble and package finished products following established procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly production targets
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance or repairs as needed
• Document production activities accurately and thoroughly
• Report any operational or safety issues to supervisors promptly, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality control processes
• Experience in packaging and assembly operations
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations and safety standards

Tools/Equipment/Systems

• Production machinery and equipment
• Basic mechanical tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
