3rd Shift Machine Operator

Pay: $19.15 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on weekends

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd shift Machine Operator to join our production warehouse team. This full-time position focuses on operating RF scanners, sorting products, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment to support efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate RF scanners to assist with product sorting and inventory management
• Sort products to identify and separate good and defective items according to quality standards and customer specifications
• Follow production pace to meet warehouse productivity goals
• Report any machinery or productivity issues immediately to supervisors
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe in accordance with warehouse standards
• Assist in various warehouse functions, including order picking and packing
• Maintain safety protocols to promote a secure work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience operating RF scanners or similar warehouse scanning tools
• Prior experience as a warehouse associate or order puller

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a production or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with sorting, packing, and inventory management processes
