What They're Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience

• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs is a plus

• Someone who thinks quickly, troubleshoots efficiently, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment
