Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexibility for overtime required)

Job Description:

Join our team at Partners Personnel, where we are urgently hiring Equipment Operators for an exciting Automotive Distribution Center in Ontario! As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in the efficient movement and processing of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and transport of goods.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and store a variety of automotive parts, following all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing routine equipment maintenance including checking fluid levels and cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management through counts and stock rearrangements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are processed accurately and meet departmental productivity and quality objectives.
• Cross-train in various warehouse processes, including labeling, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Must be physically fit to work in a dynamic warehouse setting.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.
