3rd Shift Process Technician
Pro Resources has partnered with a local medical device company in Columbia City, IN, and is seeking candidates to join their team! This is a temp to direct hire opportunity!
Pay
$16 per hour while training on 1st shift
$18 per hour once moved to 3rd shift
Hours
1st shift 7am to 3pm (for training)
3rd shift 11pm to 7am (Sunday Night to Friday morning)
Attire
Must wear jeans, steel toed Boots, and t shirts (no rips/tears in clothing)
Job Description
The Process Technician will report directly to the Production Manager. This position will be responsible
for assisting with all operational activities throughout the production area as detailed below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Learn and understand all applicable processing methods for Medical Devices to be able
to meet production requirements and run all manufacturing processes.
• Responsible for process set-up, tear-down, and a significant amount of process
maintenance/troubleshooting.
• Perform manual trimming operations.
• Responsible for strict adherence to Quality Management System, including Material Traceability and Inspection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new processes/product design and development.
• Measure and verify dimensional conformance of parts and materials against provided inspection
sheets and/or prints.
Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• ISO 13485 experience preferred.
