3rd Shift Processing Technician

Job Title: Processing Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Start Times: 8:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time - Saturday to Wednesday

Job Summary:
Axiom is seeking a Processing Technician to support manufacturing operations involving Prepreg and Adhesive products. This role is responsible for assisting with equipment setup, operation, clean-down, material handling, and process support while helping the team meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial mixing and converting equipment used in the manufacturing process.

• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and clean-down according to defined standards and work instructions.

• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices in the manufacturing environment.

• Support quality standards by following operating procedures and accurately recording process data.

• Capture and maintain accurate data from heat cleaning furnaces, kilns, and presses.

• Ensure ceramic fabric rolls are properly heat cleaned and tested prior to production coating.

• Support layup, sheeting, converting, pressing, sintering, and CNC/laser processing of materials as required.

• Maintain and organize storage areas, including temperature-controlled material storage.

• Communicate quality issues, defects, or production concerns to the Lead Operator, Supervisor, or Manager in a timely manner.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
