    3rd Shift Produce Clerk
    Part Time
     
    Are you a night owl? Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. Our Produce department is looking for a dependable associate who can work both individually and as part of a team. The main duties will include unloading trucks, rotating product and displays, changing signs, and some minor cleaning. Hours are typically from 12am to 8am.  
     
    What You’ll Do:
    • Stock and maintain eye-catching displays.
    • Unload truck deliveries and rotate inventory.
    • Uphold high quality product standards at every step.
    • Maintain department cleanliness.
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the team.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
    • A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
    • A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • A good understanding of food safety practices.
    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Previous Produce experience is a plus.
    Physical Requirements:
    • 18 years old or older.
    • Standing for long periods of time, with frequent lifting and bending.
    • Lifting up to 50lbs.
    • Must have holiday and weekend availability.
