    3rd shift: 10PM-6AM 
    Job Title: Clerk A Level: Hourly
    Department: Canning
    Reports to: Canning Administration Supervisor
    Back up: Assistant Plant Manager

     ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Keeps up with attendance for Canning 3rd shift.
    •  Able to keep track of attendance.
    •  Oversee canning employees Alchemy Training
    •  Contact employees about schedule changes
    •  Will be responsible for keeping track of attendance call outs
    •  Work closely with the HR department to assist with needs
    •  Support Production and Safety Manager in all needs
    •  Have excel/computer skills
       
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    •  None
     LANGUAGE SKILLS
    •  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate with others orally.
     MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
    •  Must have good mathematical skills to include basic algebra for calculation of quantities available and quantities remaining, as applicable.
     REASONING ABILITY
    •  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out and interpret instructions furnished in written,oral, or diagram form.
