Your Shift
- Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM
- Days: Mondays - Sundays (choose your shifts in the app)
- Pay: $17.83/hour, paid weekly (daily pay also available)
- Location: Glen Raven Custom Fabrics – Anderson, SC
What You’ll Do
You'll keep yarn moving through winding and backwinding by:
- Backwinding yarn lots as directed by the planning team.
- Checking yarn by lot number, color code, and yarn count, and putting the correct label inside each cone.
- Filling buggies with supply yarn that matches the lot, color, and count.
- Moving spun bobbins from spinning to the winders and keeping the winders running.
- Pulling full yarn packages and placing them in containers for the warehouse team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience preferred. Textile, winding, or machine experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, especially matching lot numbers, color codes, and yarn counts
- Ability to read labels and instructions, communicate with your team, and work well with others
- Ability to meet physical demands, including standing and walking for most of your shift and lifting yarn packages
Work Environment & Requirements:
- Indoor Manufacturing Floor: Work is performed in an active production environment with machinery running throughout your shift.
- Hearing Protection: Noise levels require hearing protection to be worn on the floor.
- Standing & Walking: Expect to be on your feet moving around your machine for most of the shift.
- Footwear: Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes are required.
