Warehouse Operator - 3rd Shift - Ozark, AR The Russellville Penmac Branch is hiring a Warehouse Operator for a leading manufacturing facility in Ozark, AR. This is a full-time, long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent advancement potential. - High school diploma or GED required
- At least two years of warehouse and forklift experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated achievements
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a team environment
Warehouse Operator Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse
- Transport materials efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory locations
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with inventory control and material tracking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse and production operations as needed
Physical Requirements for the Warehouse Operator
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to safely move and handle materials throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
Pay and Advancement Opportunities
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- Eligible for a performance review after approximately 90 days with the opportunity for a $1.50 per hour pay increase
- Additional pay review available approximately 3 months later
- Pay increases to $19.93 per hour when hired on by the client
