Who We Are

Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified Call Center supporting HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors. We handle incoming calls and customer interactions remotely so the pros in the field can stay focused on the work.

As an - EST Skilled Trades Experienced CSR, you'll join a team that blends human expertise with AI-driven efficiency. That means faster support, better systems, and a place where strong CSRs can do their best work.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about turning inbound calls into booked jobs and better customer experiences. You'll be the steady voice on the line for home service customers who need help now, not later.

You'll work inside ServiceTitan, manage conversations with confidence, and keep things moving with accuracy and urgency. When a contractor trusts us with their calls, your work helps protect that trust on every interaction.

This role feels fast, focused, and team-driven. You'll solve problems, stay proactive, and know your work matters because the standard here is high: inbound close rates of 90% or better.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

The process:

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $16-$20 per hour for a full 40-hour schedule. After your New Hire Introductory Period, you'll also have a $500 bonus opportunity. You'll be paid while you train, and you'll have access to professional development as you grow.

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a CSR in the trades industry
• You have ServiceTitan expertise
• You work well with a team and communicate clearly
• You're proactive, transparent, and strong at problem-solving
• You want a full-time 40-hour role and you're ready to be held to a high standard
