Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a specialty unit at a facility of similar size
Epic EMR experience is required
Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling options (7 days or less of RTO)
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Ability to maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 or 1:6
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications or specialties relevant to the unit
Experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current RN license in good standing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical-surgical or neuroscience unit
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as part of onboarding
Valid licensure and certifications required; travel or relocation expenses reimbursable when applicable
