u003ch3u003eThe Roleu003c/h3u003enu003cpu003eAs our 401(k) Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone behind Farther's retirement plan advisors and our Senior 401(k) Specialist. You will partner with our advisors to help them lead the relationships with plan sponsors, investment committees and participants. You'll also have a hand in building the processes that let Farther's 401(k) services scale as the business grows.u003c/pu003enu003ch3u003eYour Impactu0026nbsp;u003c/h3u003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eSupport advisors in delivering the ongoing service experience for their 401(k) plans.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003ePrepare investment committee materials for advisors: fund scorecards and comparisons, fee benchmarking, participant enrollment, plan health and demographic data, and IPS reviews.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCarry out follow-up from IC meetings:u003c/liu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eTrack action items through to completion.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCommunicate approved fund and plan design changes to recordkeepers.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eMonitor implementation and confirm that changes were processed correctly.u003c/liu003enu003cliu003eCoordinate platform capabilities with the advisor.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003cliu003eDistribute and maintain required plan documents, including 408(b)(2) disclosures, Summary of Services, IPS and IC Charter.
