Express Lane Service Advisor
Keene Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring an Express Lane Service Advisor to join their team!
This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25-$30/hr and requires a full-time schedule of Monday – Friday.
No experience necessary & paid training!
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet departments sales forecast
- Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customers have positive dealership experience
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
Job Requirements:
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Computer proficiency a plus
- Valid driver's license
