Job Responsibilities:

• Complete extensive product training including understanding the competition and client demographic
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
• Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong clients
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features and benefits
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Effectively communicate purchase/lease quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions

 Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a customer service related background - a general sales background of some sort (electronics, appliances, etc.) OR a hard working professional looking to make a career change. 

We have determined some factors that may enhance your success as an Automotive Sales Rep:

• FRIENDLY and OUTGOING personality with a Positive Attitude, be Sales-Minded with SUPERIOR Customer Service skills
• Great Phone Skills – Able to call from Lead Lists to Set Appointments
• Willing and able to follow instruction - learn/use Customer Management System to manage customers and continually train to stay certified on all product lines
• Excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to overcome objections
• Proficiency with Apple/Android devices and sending emails/text messages involving photos
• Responsible and accountable to work schedule
• Bilingual is a plus
