Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Consultants walk the customer through each step of their experience
- Offer appraisals
- Consult with customers to determine their needs and wants
- Present and test drive our vehicles
- Present and process transaction paperwork
- Provide after sale service
- Follow up with potential customers
Job Requirements:
- Previous Sales experience required
- Intense focus on the customer and their experience
- A strong ability to find solutions to sales challenges and assess individual client needs
- Exceptional speaking and active-listening skills
- Impeccable customer service
- Team oriented environment
- Communicate frequently with management
- Stable work history
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
