What You'll Do

• Teach engaging4th and 5th grade Math and Social Studieslessons aligned with Ohio learning standards.

• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Develop differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

• Use creative and engaging teaching strategies to keep students motivated.

• Monitor student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction.

• Provide additional support and intervention when needed.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families.

• Maintain accurate student records and instructional documentation.

• Encourage students to develop strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Support students' academic, social, and personal development.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an educator who is:

• Passionate about teaching elementary students.

• Patient, adaptable, and student-centered.

• Strong in classroom management.

• Creative and engaging in their instructional approach.

• A strong communicator and team player.

• Committed to helping every student reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.

• ValidOhio teaching license/certificationappropriate for the position.

• Elementary teaching experience preferred.

• Experience teaching Math and/or Social Studies preferred.

• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
