What Youll Do- Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation) for assigned patients
- Deliver routine and complex care while adapting to changing patient needs and contingencies
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, and monitor effectiveness and side effects
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and/or caregivers
- Delegate and make appropriate assignments to support team-based patient care
- Apply OneCHRISTUS competencies as a Leader of Self/Others/Leaders in clinical practice
What You Need
Required
- BLS certification from AHA
- RN license in state of employment or compact
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty
