• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license (NM or Compact state), BLS Certification, CPI certification (or equivalent)
• Experience: New graduate or experienced RN (less than 2 years as RN hires will be at CN I level)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide patient-centered care within behavioral health settings in accordance with organizational standards
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Reassess patient progress, adjusting care as needed
• Perform and document interventions promptly and accurately
• Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards

What You Need:

• Current RN license in New Mexico or an active Compact state license
• BLS Certification required; CPI certification or equivalent preferred (Blue Card preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and manage a busy behavioral health patient load
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
