What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU setting
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient status
  • Develop and adjust patient care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Perform Point of Care testing procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge procedures
  • Document interventions and patient progress accurately and promptly
  • Support unit staff through effective communication and teamwork
What You Need
Required:
  • Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
  • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
  • Critical care nursing experience

Preferred:
  • Previous ICU experience
  • Ability to float between units as needed
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
