Required Skills:

Valid RN license in New Mexico or current Compact state license
Certification in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC via AHA
Proven experience in critical care nursing with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to efficiently utilize electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Point of Care testing procedures
Prior travel nursing experience
Additional certifications relevant to critical care specialty
Bilingual skills to assist diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience in a hospital setting
Previous experience in emergency or trauma units is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to travel and work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
Ability to adapt to new environments quickly
Willingness to comply with all state and federal healthcare regulations
Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with hospital policies
