What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality critical care nursing to diverse patient populations
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
  • Utilize Point of Care testing procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients’ families
  • Document patient care accurately, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Participate in unit orientation and support team development
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
    • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
    • Minimum of [desired years] of critical care nursing experience
    • Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred:
    • Previous travel or ICU experience
    • Strong clinical and communication skills
