Pay Rate: $56.95/hour

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality critical care nursing to diverse patient populations
Conduct patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
Utilize Point of Care testing procedures
Collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients families
Document patient care accurately, ensuring compliance with standards
Participate in unit orientation and support team development

What You Need

Required:
- Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
- Minimum of [desired years] of critical care nursing experience
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Previous travel or ICU experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
