What Youll Do
Provide expert critical care nursing to adult patients on night shifts, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
Perform and document Point of Care testing and other procedures as required.
Monitor patient progress, re-assess routinely, and adjust care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Delegate and coordinate patient care tasks effectively within the team.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
What You Need
Current New Mexico RN license or a valid Compact license.
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications through AHA.
Minimum of 1 year of critical care or ICU experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
