What You’ll Do

• Provide expert critical care nursing to adult patients on night shifts, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform and document Point of Care testing and other procedures as required.
• Monitor patient progress, re-assess routinely, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Delegate and coordinate patient care tasks effectively within the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

What You Need

• Current New Mexico RN license or a valid Compact license.
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications through AHA.
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care or ICU experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
