What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Obtain and document initial patient assessments, establish care priorities
  • Re-assess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify plans accordingly
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans within established standards
  • Perform Point of Care testing and other clinical procedures
  • Educate patients and families on health needs and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Support unit operations by delegating and coordinating patient care activities
What You Need
  • Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
  • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
  • Minimum experience in a critical care setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
