What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations during night shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Assess, prioritize, and respond swiftly to emergency situations
- Document patient conditions and care provided accurately and timely
- Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures
- Adapt to floating assignments based on census and acuity levels
- Maintain compliance with all certification and licensing requirements
What You Need
Required:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
- Experience in emergency nursing or critical care preferred
Preferred: - TNCC or ATCN certification
- CPI or similar de-escalation training
- Ability to work flexible night hours and handle stressful situations
