What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations during night shifts
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Assess, prioritize, and respond swiftly to emergency situations
  • Document patient conditions and care provided accurately and timely
  • Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures
  • Adapt to floating assignments based on census and acuity levels
  • Maintain compliance with all certification and licensing requirements
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
  • Experience in emergency nursing or critical care preferred
    Preferred:
  • TNCC or ATCN certification
  • CPI or similar de-escalation training
  • Ability to work flexible night hours and handle stressful situations
