What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Obtain and document initial patient assessments, prioritize based on acuity
• Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and identify needs for intervention
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with clinical standards
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, physicians, patients, and families
• Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and support during emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient outcomes
• Demonstrate professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions

What You Need
Required:

• Current New Mexico RN license or equivalent Compact license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
• TNCC or ATCN certification
• 1+ years ER nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• CPI or equivalent certification
• Experience working in a busy ER setting
