What Youll Do
- Deliver high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Obtain and document initial patient assessments, prioritize based on acuity
- Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and identify needs for intervention
- Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with clinical standards
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, physicians, patients, and families
- Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and support during emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient outcomes
- Demonstrate professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
What You Need
Required:- Current New Mexico RN license or equivalent Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
- TNCC or ATCN certification
- 1+ years ER nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred:- CPI or equivalent certification
- Experience working in a busy ER setting
