Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (Nights) – Santa Fe, NM

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shift)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• License/Certifications: Valid New Mexico RN license or Compact state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
• Experience: Prior ER experience preferred, new graduates with relevant certifications considered

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized emergency care to diverse patient populations during night shifts
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, developing individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure prompt, safe, and effective patient care
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatments, and discharge planning

What You Need:

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from AHA
• Prior ER nursing experience preferred; new grads with required certifications considered
• Strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
