What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
  • Perform initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Reassess and monitor patients to identify trends and interventions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and Point of Care testing
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Document all care activities accurately and timely
  • Participate in discharge planning and patient education
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Certifications from AHA
  • Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
  • Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
  • CPI or equivalent
  • Previous experience in emergency or trauma settings
