What Youll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Perform initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
Reassess and monitor patients to identify trends and interventions
Administer medications, treatments, and Point of Care testing
Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
Document all care activities accurately and timely
Participate in discharge planning and patient education

What You Need
Required:

Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Certifications from AHA
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and critical thinking
Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

CPI or equivalent
Previous experience in emergency or trauma settings
