What Youll Do
- Provide patient-centered care for diverse patient populations during night shifts
- Obtain initial assessments and prioritize care based on patient needs
- Re-assess and modify care plans based on ongoing patient evaluations
- Document interventions and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, staff, and physicians
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning
- Perform Point of Care testing as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
What You Need
- Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Relevant clinical experience as per unit requirements
- Flexibility to float across units and work on call and weekend shifts
