What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations across units
  • Conduct initial assessments and establish priorities based on patient needs
  • Re-assess patients systematically to monitor progress and identify trends
  • Develop and modify individualized care plans per standards of care
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and perform Point of Care testing
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about health, treatments, and discharge instructions
  • Document all care activities accurately and promptly
  • Serve as a resource to staff, physicians, and visitors
  • Promote a positive work environment, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
What You Need
  • Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (per AHA)
  • 1+ years of RN experience; float experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to unit needs and assignments
