Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $53.60/hour

What Youll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations across units
Conduct initial assessments and establish priorities based on patient needs
Re-assess patients systematically to monitor progress and identify trends
Develop and modify individualized care plans per standards of care
Administer medications, perform treatments, and perform Point of Care testing
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about health, treatments, and discharge instructions
Document all care activities accurately and promptly
Serve as a resource to staff, physicians, and visitors
Promote a positive work environment, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
What You Need
Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications (per AHA)
1+ years of RN experience; float experience preferred
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
Ability to work independently and adapt to unit needs and assignments
