What You’ll Do
  • Provide quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients during overnight shifts
  • Conduct initial assessments and establish patient care priorities based on clinical needs
  • Re-assess patients regularly to monitor progress and modify the care plan accordingly
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in accordance with hospital standards
  • Perform Point of Care testing and assist with patient education and discharge planning
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care

What You Need
  • Valid New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from AHA (current)
  • Recent RN experience in a hospital labor & delivery unit (within last 2 years)
  • Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care mindset
