What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality perioperative care to surgical patients in the operating room
  • Assist in preparing the OR, equipment, and surgical teams for procedures
  • Monitor patient status during surgical interventions and respond to emergent needs
  • Document all patient care activities in compliance with hospital policies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient surgeries
  • Support patient and family education related to procedures and post-op care
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols rigorously

What You Need
  • Required:
    • Valid NM RN license or current Compact license
    • BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
    • 1+ years of recent OR/Surgery nursing experience
    • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in a high-volume surgical unit
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
