What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert nursing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for diverse patient populations
  • Monitor and assess patient vitals, recovery progress, and response to anesthesia
  • Implement individualized care plans aligned with hospital standards
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient recovery
  • Document all care and interventions accurately in EPIC EMR
  • Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and unit policies

What You Need
  • Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience, or new graduate with applicable training
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
