What Youll Do- Provide expert nursing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for diverse patient populations
- Monitor and assess patient vitals, recovery progress, and response to anesthesia
- Implement individualized care plans aligned with hospital standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient recovery
- Document all care and interventions accurately in EPIC EMR
- Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and unit policies
What You Need- Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience, or new graduate with applicable training
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
