What Youll Do- Provide specialized patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit for adult patients
- Monitor patient recovery from anesthesia and provide appropriate interventions
- Assess patient condition, re-assess regularly, and document findings
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about post-operative recovery and discharge instructions
- Document care activities accurately and timely in EPIC electronic medical records
- Promote safety, efficiency, and high-quality care standards throughout your shift
What You NeedRequired:- Current NM RN license or valid Compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
- Prior PACU or perioperative nursing experience preferred
Preferred:- Experience working in a surgical or post-anesthesia setting
