Licenses/Certifications: Valid New Mexico RN license or compact state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA certifications)
Experience: New graduates with up to 2 years of RN experience eligible; preferred experience in PACU or perioperative care
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $56.95 (equivalent to $85/hr during internal processing)

What Youll Do
Provide specialized post-anesthesia care in the PACU for surgical patients
Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and detect changes
Administer medications, perform Point of Care testing, and manage patient comfort
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient flow and discharge planning
Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in EPIC electronic medical records
Maintain compliance with organizational standards and quality metrics
What You Need
Required:
Valid New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
Up to 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in PACU or perioperative care
Preferred:
Experience in surgical or perioperative nursing
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
