5Digital Forensics Senior Examiner (Remote)

Level Legal is seeking an experienced Digital Forensics Senior Examiner for an upcoming project beginning as soon as possible. This is a fully remote, project-based 1099 contractor opportunity supporting a fast-paced forensic collection and analysis engagement.

Role Details

• 1099 contractor, project-based engagement.
• Pay rate: $175-$200 per hour, based on experience.
• Opportunity to earn up to a $1,000 quality and productivity bonus.
• Anticipated project length of 2-3 weeks.
• Heavy workload expected. Full-time availability is required, including possible evening and weekend hours.
• Start date: Monday, October 12, 2026.

What the Role Is

• Manage the collection, analysis, and export project with a team of 2-3 other examiners.
• Image and analyze mobile device collections using Cellebrite, and export reports following a defined protocol.
• Image and analyze computer devices using industry standard forensic imaging and analysis tools and export data and reports following a defined protocol.
• Maintain clear documentation of collections and analysis/exports.
• Flag issues early and escalate anything that falls outside the playbook.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Current Cellebrite certification (CCO, CCPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Cellebrite experience.
• 5-10 years of digital forensic investigation and analysis experience.
• Experience imaging and analyzing both mobile and computer devices.
• Availability to work full-time beginning immediately.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality work product.
