About the Role:Join the team at 7-Eleven Chicagoland as an Overnight Associate — proudly serving communities across the Chicagoland area including New Lenox, Aurora, Naperville, Forest Park, Chicago City, Homer Glen, Burr Ridge, Itasca, Frankfort, North Aurora, Darien, IL. Where the night shift keeps the community running! This is a great opportunity to be the go-to person for late-night customers while working in a fast-paced, friendly retail environment.
Pay Range: $15 - $17Responsibilities:- Provide friendly, efficient customer service throughout overnight shift hours
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure product availability
- Maintain store cleanliness including floors, counters, and restrooms
- Prepare and restock fresh food items such as coffee, hot foods, and grab-and-go snacks
- Monitor and verify age-restricted product sales in compliance with store policy
- Perform opening and closing duties and assist with inventory counts
Requirements:- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude
- Basic math and cash-handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Prior retail or convenience store experience is a plus but not required
- Must be 21 years or older (required for overnight shift)
