Your assigned company vehicle stays with you! No need to drive to our office every morning to pick up a van or return it after your route. Start and finish your workday from home, subject to your assigned route.

 $20.00 PER HOUR
Straightforward hourly compensation.

 MONDAY–FRIDAY SCHEDULE
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with weekends free.

 7D CERTIFICATION ASSISTANCE
Don't have a Massachusetts 7D School Pupil Transport Certificate? We can help guide qualified applicants through the certification process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport school-aged children to and from school and other authorized destinations.

• Follow all applicable Massachusetts and federal traffic safety requirements.

• Operate sedans, minivans, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles as assigned.

• Assist students with safely entering and exiting the vehicle.

• Ensure students are properly secured using seat belts, car seats, booster seats, or other required safety equipment.

• Maintain professional communication with parents, school personnel, students, and dispatchers.

• Arrive on time for assigned pickups and drop-offs.

• Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment.

• Protect student privacy and follow all company safety policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 consecutive years.

• Satisfactory driving record with no license suspensions.

• Ability to pass required CORI, SORI, and other applicable background screenings.

• Massachusetts 7D Certificate preferred, but applicants without one are encouraged to apply.

• Reliable, punctual, patient, and professional.

• Comfortable working with school-aged children, including students who may require additional assistance.

• Ability to safely operate an assigned company vehicle.
