The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Facilities Analyst I for a prominent client of ours. This position is on-site at Ogden, UT 84401. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Details:
- Pay: $31.11-$39.00/hour to Start!!
- 12-month contract assignment, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (100% Onsite).
- Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance after start. Active Secret Clearance is a plus.
- Travel: 10% or less domestic travel.
- Position will be mainly responsible for supporting facility operations through record keeping, documentation management, and coordination of facility-related activities.
- Position will be responsible for maintaining hazardous material and hazardous waste records while ensuring compliance with site procedures and requirements.
- Position will be responsible for supporting site vehicle record management, tracking, and documentation activities.
- Position will be responsible for coordinating facility services, materials, equipment, and vendor activities to support operational needs.
- Position will be responsible for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and maintaining data related to facilities operations, assets, and maintenance activities.
- Position will be responsible for supporting process improvements, documentation updates, contract compliance activities, and project-related initiatives.
- Position will be responsible for providing escort support for visitors, contractors, and vendors as required.
- Position will be responsible for utilizing hand tools and assisting with basic facility-related tasks and troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is Required!
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance is Required!
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills in facilities, maintenance, operations, logistics settings are Required!
- Experience maintaining documentation, records, logs, or compliance-related information is Required!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is Required!
- Experience using basic hand tools, including drills, wires, and common mechanical tools, is Required!
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently is Required!
- Experience with hazardous materials, hazardous waste record keeping, or environmental compliance documentation is Preferred!
- Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments is Preferred!
- Active Secret Clearance is Preferred!
