Maintenance Planner Position

Drive is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Create and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans for all equipment and facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance and recommend improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
