JOB SCOPE:
The Property Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of leased and owned real estate assets within the company s national footprint. This role focuses on optimizing portfolio performance, ensuring lease compliance, resolving landlord/tenant matters, and coordinating with internal departments to support business objectives. Operating at the corporate level, the Property Manager acts as a key liaison between landlords, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the portfolio.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Manager ensures the company s real estate portfolio is managed in alignment with strategic objectives, budget targets, and operational standards. This role manages landlord and tenant relationships, oversees financial performance, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in Facilities, Lease Administration, Accounting, Leasing, and Legal to drive cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance.
